For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Social Savings Club LLC include https://socsavingsclub.com/ and Social Savings Club app (application). The Social Savings Club app is a Social Club application. By using the Social Savings Club website, and app, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Social Savings Club may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
- First name, Last name, phone numberIf you purchase Social Savings Club's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Under Twenty-one
Social Savings Club does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from persons under the age of twenty. If you are under the age of twenty one (21), you cannot use this application. Person(s) twenty-one (21) and older are permitted to use our service.
E-mail Communications
From time to time, Social Savings Club may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

External Data Storage Sites
We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
Subscriptions. Subscriptions are automatically charged each billing period (whether weekly, monthly, annually, or another period), and you may be charged no earlier than 24 hours before the beginning of each billing period. Member is responsible for all fees. Google and Apple subscriptions are IAW their repective policies.

Changes to this Statement
Social Savings Club reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our application, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the application and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
